William Chambers, D.D.S.
Dr. William Chambers grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and then continued his education at the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Bayou District Dental Association. In his spare time, Dr. Chambers enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. His hobbies include wade fishing for speckled trout and waterfowl hunting with his pup.

Sally Daly, D.D.S.
Dr. Sally Daly has deep ties in Mississippi and Alabama but has adopted Louisiana and Baton Rouge as home. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University in Montgomery and a Masters from University of Alabama. Before becoming a dentist, she taught High School Math and Science for seven years in Tuscaloosa and Mobile, Alabama. In 1995, she fulfilled her dreams of becoming a dentist and graduated from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. For over 20 years, Dr. Daly had a private practice in Baton Rouge. For the past 5 years, Dr. Daly has devoted her time to treating nursing home residents throughout Louisiana. Recently, she began to miss her traditional office closer to home in Baton Rouge and decided to join our Louisiana Dental Center family. Dr. Daly enjoys learning about dentistry and has over 1000 hours of continuing education. She has lectured for the American Dental Association, LSU School of Dentistry and given numerous in-service lectures to nursing home staff. Dr. Daly enjoys cooking, sewing, and entertaining. In her spare time, Dr. Daly can often be found at her camp in Grand Isle, Louisiana.

Dr. Dalia El-Desoky was born in Cairo, Egypt and moved to the United States with her family when she was very young. She grew up in Houston, Texas and then New Orleans, and is proud to call New Orleans her home for the past eleven years. Dr. El-Desoky received her undergraduate Bachelor of Science from Xavier University of Louisiana and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans. Her passion is to make lifelong connections and create lasting smiles for her patients. Dr. El-Desoky enjoys traveling overseas, being in nature, trying new restaurants and spending time with her family and young son.

Merrell Irby Frampton, D.D.S. – Orthodontist

At LSU, she was on the Dean’s List and a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority. Dr. Frampton went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry, where she was a member of Student Government Association and C. Edmund Kells Honor Society. Dr. Frampton also received her certificate in orthodontics from LSUSD. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontics, and the Southern Association of Orthodontists. Her hobbies include anything outdoors, cheering on the Tigers, and enjoying the seafood of south Louisiana.

Taylor Haddock, D.D.S.
Dr. Taylor Haddock was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Louisiana Tech University in 2017 and graduated from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in 2022. Dr. Haddock is a huge fan of all sports, but hockey is his absolute favorite. He has played hockey for over 15 years and currently is playing with a group out of New Orleans.

Krishna Kumar, D.D.S.
Dr. Krishna Kumar was born in Southern California. After completing high school in dan Diego, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UCLA in 2014. Later, she pursued a Masters in Medical Biology from Mississippi College and in 2023, graduated from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. Dr. Kumar is married to a Baton Rouge dentist, Dr. Nathan Patel, and she loves traveling the world with him. In her free time away from work and travel, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family and watching movies.

Joseph R. Lacoste, Jr., D.D.S.
Dr. Lacoste was born and raised in the New Orleans area. After graduating high school from The New Orleans Academy in 1972, he received his undergraduate degree from the University of New Orleans. He then went on to receive a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans in 1980.Dr. Lacoste is a member of the American Dental Association, the Louisiana Dental Association, the New Orleans Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He always finds time to be with family and friends, and enjoys fishing and playing music.

Luis Moncada, D.M.D. – Periodontist
Dr. Moncada was raised in Miami, Florida, where he attended Florida International University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in biology in 2002. He then attended Boston University and earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine. After graduating, he practiced general dentistry in the Boston area and was appointed to the position of Managing Clinical Director of a group practice. His quest for knowledge and understanding of dentistry led him to pursue a three-year, highly-specialized program of Periodontal and Implant training at Louisiana State University. During his residency, Dr. Moncada dedicated much of his time to research involving the genetic factors of aggressive periodontal disease, as well as clinical studies involving early placement of dental implants. His research and studies helped shape his belief that Periodontics is the foundation of dentistry. Dr. Moncada is committed to providing optimal and comprehensive treatments that restore the mouth to a healthy state that is free from gum disease. Dr. Moncada is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontics and has served as Vice President of the Hispanic Dental Association. He and his wife, Jennifer, are active Uptown Lions Club members, and they enjoy getting involved in projects that are dedicated to rebuilding and preserving New Orleans music and artistic culture. They are proud to call Louisiana home.
